Recommended Use
Shake Well. Adults and children over the age of 12 take 2 tablespoons daily (1 ounce). May be taken directly or mixed with water or juice.
Warnings
As with any supplement, if you are taking a prescription medication or are pregnant or breast feeding, consult your physician before using this product. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of Osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Do not take while taking other Vitamin A supplements. Discontinue use and consult your physician should an allergic reaction occur.
