Recommended Use
Formula One:
The first evening take up to 4 tablets before going to sleep. Then to complete the program, start the next morning, take 4 tablets 3 times a day for three days, then up to 2 tablets, 3 times a day until complete. Take all tablets with 8 ounces of water or milk and food. Formula Two:
Take 2 tablets daily to help support a smoke-free lifestyle. Natural Homeopathic Medicine:
Turn tube upside down, twist cap to break seal and release pellets. Adults place 3 pellets to dissolve under your tongue 3 times a day or as needed when cravings return. Do not touch pellets with fingers. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after taking pellets.
