Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take amount indicated below, according to body weight, three times a day. For best results Inholtra Premium Lubri-Joint should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals.- Up to 150 lbs. 1 Liquid Gel Cap
- 150 to 200 lbs. 2 Liquid Gel Caps
- Over 200 lbs. 3 Liquid Gel Caps
If no noticeable improvement occurs within two weeks after starting Inholtra Premium Lubri-Joint, add one additional capsule to the above amount. For example, for the 150-200 lb. weight range, take 3 Quicksorb Gels three times a day. The results of Inholtra increase over time, so it is important to continue with the product for at least eight weeks before evaluating results. May be refrigerated after opening. Do not freeze.
