Each easy-to-swallow softgel combines 500 mg of organic flax oil, rich in omega-3 and 100 mg of borage oil, rich in GLA, making it convenient and perfect for people who: • Take borage oil, but don't get their needed omega-3.
• Take flax oil, but don't get their needed omega-6 GLA. Both flax and borage oils are pure and unrefined. Each oil has been extracted using the cold-expeller method, without the chemical solvent hexane.
