Description
Natrol's Melatonin supports healthy sleep patterns. The body naturally releases Melatonin in response to changes in light, with Melatonin levels rising at night. It is in this way that Melatonin helps promote sleep. Each batch of Natrol Melatonin is verified by HPLC-method.

Other Ingredients: Water, Ethyl Alcohol (as preservative), Fructose, Natural Raspberry and Vanilla flavor, Colored With caramel.
Recommended Use
Shake well before each use. Take 2 teaspoons (10ml) 20 minutes before bedtime. May be taken directly or combined with water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
