Description
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone secreted by the pineal gland with potent antioxidant activity and is suggested for insomnia, jet lag, immune function, high cholesterol, hypertension, anti-aging properties and cardiovascular health.

Recommended Use
Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime.
