Description
Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone secreted by the pineal gland with potent antioxidant activity and may provide relief for insomnia, jet lag, immune function, high cholesterol, hypertension, anti-aging properties and cardiovascular health.

Other Ingredients: Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (time released agent), Stearic Acid, Silica, Magnesium Stearate.
Recommended Use
Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime. An additional tablet may be taken to promote sleep.
