Description
Mega Minerals Capsules are a chelated multi-mineral supplement designed for quick breakdown and easy assimilation. The formulation includes trace minerals, vitamin D, betaine HCl and glutamic acid HCl.Minerals are needed by the body to maintain proper composition of bones and blood as well as to carry out normal cell functions. In cooperation with vitamins, minerals work as components of the body’s enzymes. Each day our bodies use at least 100 mg of the major minerals and somewhat less than 100 mg of trace minerals. Most Americans eat a diet that has suffered some degree of processing, and processing (including cooking) removes a large portion of the minerals from our food. Taking a multiple mineral can help to replace what’s missing from the diet and should be a consideration for anyone wanting to supplement their diet for optimal health.
