Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take 30-60 minutes after high intensity weight-training workouts. Add 1 serving (4 heaping scoops) to 3 cups (24 fl oz) of fat-free milk or 2 cups (16 fl oz) of water. Mix for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Serve immediately. For best results, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program.
