Lecithin Granules by Thompson
Description
Soy Lecithin granules are a naturally occurring combination of phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids extracted from soybeans. Lecithin provides a more bioavailable, time released form of choline than supplements of choline salts. One tablespoon of lecithin contains 1725 mg of phosphatidylcholine and 232 mg of total choline with no cholesterol.
Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, enjoy a tablespoon (7.5 g) of lecithin granules by sprinkling them on your cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit or salads or blend them with your favorite nutritional drink or orange juice.
