Description
Free Form Amino Acid. L-Glutamine picks up ammonia in the central nervous system and delivers it to the kidneys for deamination. Can readily pass the blood brain barrier, and sustains mental activity. Reduces an individuals desire to consume alcohol and sugar. Used to protect against the poisonous effects of alcohol, and has been used in treatment of Schizophrenia and senility. Used to treat ulcers and petit mal epilepsy.
