Recommended Use
For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Kava Stress Relief tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger and more relaxing effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. Have a cup every day to remain calm. On stressful days, drink 3–4 cups throughout the day.
