Insomnia is a non-addictive homeopathic combination to help relieve sleeplessness and achieve a restful nights sleep.
Ingredients
Active: Chamomilla (Chamomile) 3X, 9X, 12X, 30X, Humulus lupulus (Hops) 3X, Passiflora incarnate (Passion Flower) 3X, Avena sativa (Oat) 4X, Coffea cruda (Coffee) 6x, Kali Phosphoricum (Potassium Phosphate) 6X.Inactive: Lactose.
Recommended Use
Adults chew 2 tablets slightly and allow to dissolve in the mouth 1 hour before bed time and 2 tablets at bed time. Children 2-12 years of age take one half the adult dosage. It is helpful to limit the consumption of caffeine-containing drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate and artificial sweeteners. For best results, take in a clean mouth.

If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult your health care professional. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness.
