Recommended Use
For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz. hot water (not boiling) over one Green Tea Slim Life tea bag and steep for 2 to 4 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Drink throughout the day for up to 10 cups per day. If you are on a reduced calorie diet, this is an excellent way to maintain energy. Do not drink late in the day.
