Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (8 caplets) up to 45 minutes before a high-intensity workout. One bottle supplies a 1-month supply if you work out 4 times per week. Do not exceed 1 serving (8 caplets) in a 24-hour period.
