Description

Everyday Fiber System goes beyond simple fiber products by providing three types of fibers, supporting herbs, FOS and plant-source enzymes.
Recommended Use
Take 6 capsules, preferably on an empty stomache, 1/2 hour before or two hours after a meal. Take once or twice daily. Always take with 8 ounces of pure water or juice. For best results, drink plenty of water throughout the day.
