Description
Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale) is rich in potassium. Dandelion works to purify the blood, increase the flow of bile from the liver, build red blood cells, treats gallbladder disease, hepatitis, chronic dyspepsia, indigestion and constipation.

Recommended Use
The infusion method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 2-3 minutes and then strain off the herbs.The decoction method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a 6-8oz. of boiling water. Continue to boil for 3-5 minutes and then strain off the herbs. Add honey to sweeten.
