Description
For relief of occasional constipation. This product generally produces bowel movements in 12 to 72 hours.Soluble fiber from foods such as Psyllium Husk, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Colon Cleanse supplies 5 grams of the 7 grams of soluble fiber from Psyllium Husk necessary per day to have this effect.
Recommended Use
Suggested Use: Adults take 1 heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 oz. or water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs-12 yrs): up to 1/2 heaping tablespoon (3.5 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See Warning. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and increase gradually to suggested amount.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if there is rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use. Frequent or prolongued use of this preparation may result in dependence on laxatives. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid.
