Description
Nature's Way Cascara Sagrada Bark is aged two years before use to prevent griping. It is the best selling of all single herb laxatives. Cascara Sagrada is an effective stimulant laxative. For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours.

Recommended Use
Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 or 2 capsules once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children 2 to under 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a doctor.
Warnings
If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists for 2 weeks or longer, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Do not use laxatives for longer than 1 week or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product.
