Description
Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc by Solaray is a dietary supplement with full range Amino Acid Chelates. Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc are beneficial in preventing bone loss.Calcium is needed to form bones and teeth and is also required for blood clotting, transmission of signals in nerve cells, and muscle contraction. The importance of calcium for preventing osteoporosis is probably its most well-known role. The protective effect of calcium on bone mass is one of very few health claims permitted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Combining minerals including zinc with calcium supplementation was more effective than calcium supplementation by itself.

Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take four capsules with meals or with a glass of water.

The minerals in this highly advanced product are reacted with a whole rice concentrate rather than soy, yeast, or milk proteins that are commonly used to chelate minerals.
