Description
In a new study presented at a meeting of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, researchers from James Madison University found that Accel Gel, the only energy gel that contains carbohydrate and protein in a patented 4:1 ratio, improved endurance by 13% compared to a conventional carbohydrate gel.
